Place your heart within your hand, give to love the master's plan. Dancing naked to the drums, Something Wiccan this way comes. Priestess young and Priestess old, stories now should all be told. Learn the words and music too, the drums alone can beat for you. Sharing love and sharing hope, dance along the mountain slope. Dancing to the beat of drums, Something Wiccan this way comes. While the caldron bring to light, all that we have done this night. Learn from what you have become, nothing changed is nothing won. See the future in the night, run toward your destined flight. | MEDITATION FOR TRUST AND GIVING | |||||||||||||||||

I normally recommend this for at least three people but no more than five, who are available for a night of investigation and discovery. This can be an interesting vehicle for gauging your ability to trust and to give, you might be surprised by what you find. Little is required as far as physical equipment. Each person that will be apart of the meditation should arrive in very comfortable clothing, and they should try to take a nap during the day in order to be ready for a lot of work. Ladies please don't bother with make-up for this it could get in your way. Men should be advised that too strong an after shave can cause a problem since we are going to be trying to enhance the bodily experience and that can make the senses a bit hyper. It is advisable to have some fruit juice, mineral water, or any non-carbonated, non caffeine drinks available. As well as any light snack items that could include fruits, crackers, or even bread and cheese, but I would advise against meat, since it can make you feel very heavy. Also try to avoid overly sweet things since they give you a sugar rush that will leave you down in a short period of time. They would however be thinking of the gifts that go back and forth as Sabbat or the special things that we all look forward to on our birthdays. This is in a realm outside the normal gifting and it is special to people who are able to work in close concert together.
